Bespoke Software Development
What makes software projects succeed: visibility.
In software projects, the goal and the requirements are usually clear; the difference shows up in how you get there. The strongest projects settle architectural decisions early, keep progress continuously visible, and let feedback flow throughout. What really determines success isn't technical — it's visibility, and that's exactly where we focus.
At Avva Mobile, teams run with more than 80% senior-engineer composition. Architectural decisions are committed to a written document before the first sprint, and the risk matrix is shared with stakeholders. A working demo lands every two weeks, and feedback flows straight into the next sprint's scope.
The practical outcome: systems live in production within 12 weeks, full repository access stays with you when the engagement ends, and documentation that answers the "what did we do here" question months later. Not dependency — delivery.
Discovery to launch. Every step deliberate.
Discovery & Analysis
We analyze requirements in depth, identify technical risk areas, and design a production-ready, scalable solution architecture matched to your go-to-market timeline. Skipping this phase is the most expensive technical debt you will ever pay.
Design & Development
Our senior-heavy squad works in two-week Scrum sprints. A working-software demo is delivered to your stakeholders at the end of each sprint, and feedback lands in the next sprint scope immediately. Mandatory code review keeps quality continuously safeguarded.
Testing & Validation
We integrate automated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), security scanning, and performance testing into every sprint. The observability stack (logging, alerting, tracing) is wired. When you go live, you're not flying blind.
Launch & Optimization
We manage the production cutover targeting zero downtime. Full knowledge transfer and documentation enable your in-house team to own the system. We monitor KPIs and kick off post-launch support and a continuous improvement cycle.
WHAT SETS US APART
The difference shows in the delivery.
The common approach.
- Variable delivery team
- Demo tends to arrive late
- Code access unclear
- Flexible but ambiguous scope
- Timeline hard to predict
The Avva Mobile approach.
- 80%+ senior engineers, contractual
- Working demo every 2 weeks
- 100% IP transfer, full repo access
- Fixed-fee or T&M, transparent
- 12-week average to production
Results, proven in numbers.
These numbers are drawn from measurements across 150+ completed projects over 13 years. Every project is different — but senior team composition, sprint discipline, and transparent communication make these outcomes repeatable.
The right partner for the right project.
Our custom software development service is designed for a specific profile of company. If any of the following describes you, you're in the right place.
- Scale-up CTOs who need to ship to production in 12 weeks
- Product leaders looking to augment their in-house engineering team
- Portfolio companies under post-investment delivery pressure
- Enterprise technology teams migrating from legacy to modern stacks
- Founders who need scale architecture and team growth after MVP
Questions before you decide.
All project deliverables — source code, documentation, third-party licences — are transferred via an IP Assignment Addendum that forms part of the contract at project close. You have full access to the GitHub/GitLab repository from day one; we never hold code.
Fixed-fee gives you budget certainty when scope is well-defined and unlikely to shift. If you're in product discovery or have an iterative roadmap, T&M is significantly healthier — changing priorities won't trigger contract renegotiation. We also offer hybrid models.
After scoping and requirements analysis, we share the proposed team profile, seniority levels, and headcount with you. CVs and references are available on request. We don't make surprise resource changes; if a change is needed, we notify you in advance.
Well-scoped single-domain web applications, API platforms, internal tools, and MVPs typically fit 12 weeks. Large enterprise systems crossing multiple domains, multi-module ERPs, or IoT projects requiring hardware integration from scratch generally need longer — we'll assess honestly after discovery and give you a realistic timeline.
We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for EU and UK clients. Data residency requirements, access logs, and personal data deletion/export flows are planned at the architecture stage. A GDPR compliance matrix is available on request.
